RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or return for items that don't fit, please ask for measurements if you are not sure. Faulty items can be returned within 14 days from the date the order was received. Returned items must be in the same condition. Sale items or items purchased using a promotional discount sale code are non exchangeable or refundable. Second hand items even if unworn are non refundable and are sold as seen. Customers must request for an exchange or refund via email.  Shipping fees & fulfilment charge of £2.50 is non refundable. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not received in their original condition.

Once your return is received a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take 2-5 working days for a refund to show up on any bank statements.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you send returns via a tracked service to make sure it reaches us & make your name and order number visible in so we know who it's coming from. Please email us to request returns address.
